On 1st May 2017, Barbara Evans, previously Managing Director of Facit Research, Mediaplus Group, will become Managing Director of Mediaplus and will also join Mediaplus Holding. In this role, she is still responsible for the “House of Research” within the Mediaplus Group and shall remain its spokesperson.
Munich, March 21st 2017 — As a long-standing international manager and media expert, Barbara Evans will be the new Managing Director of Mediaplus alongside Jochen Lenhard and takes over Thomas Bathelt's position on 1st May, when he moves to Planus in Cologne as CEO. Barbara Evans has been working in the Serviceplan Group since 2007 and has held positions of responsibility in the Mediaplus Group and in Facit Research from 2013 to today. In addition, she initiated and launched the “House of Research”.

Before Barbara Evans joined the Serviceplan Group, she worked for ten years in international media business, including six years in international marketing for Allianz. Within the Serviceplan Group she initially worked in the Mediaplus Group before developing and building up the research area with Facit Media Efficiency which later became Facit Research within the Serviceplan Group. In addition, for five years she has been responsible alongside Dr Peter Haller for the Brand Roadshow. A further milestone was the development of the first luxury study, which came on the market in Germany in 2016.
