“Everything is bigger in Dubai” – the biggest meeting in the world for trend and future researchers as well as innovation experts will take place under this motto in the so-called city of the future for the first time from 20th to 21st November 2017. Dubai, October 10th 2017 — The future is in Dubai. TrendOne and Serviceplan Group Middle East are hosting the LaFutura future conference in the United Arab Emirates for the first time, which will take place from 20th to 21st November 2017. With many global and local events, LaFutura is the central intelligence network to bridge the gap between trends, innovation and tomorrow’s opportunities. LaFutura Dubai connects experts from all industries to the finest business trend network.

Futurists from all over the world and participants from local, regional and international companies will attend at the future conference in Dubai. Participants and sponsor partners of the various workshops, like “the Future of Banking – Energy – Mobility and Communication”, will be working together on a white paper of the future. The “Future of Communication” workshop will be lead by innovation experts from the Serviceplan Group.

After the LaFutura keynote speech from Deloitte Center for the Edge’s Lead Strategist, Duleesha Kulasooriya, the first day of the conference will feature an exciting trend tour throughout Dubai. The sights include the Coca-Cola Innovation Centre, the Dubai Future Foundation and IN5 – the Innovation Centre for start-up companies. The tour will include a meeting with the makers and brains behind Dubai’s Museum of the Future.

The second day will feature talks from Tom Palmaerts, keynote speaker and Managing Partner of TrendWolves and Daan Roosegaarde, innovation expert and artist from the Netherlands. Future workshops on mobility, banking, energy and communication, as well as an innovative interactive program with exclusive networking events, will be the highlights of LaFutura’s Day two.
