Natalie Shardan appointed new General Manager of Serviceplan Group Middle East

Natalie Shardan has become the new General Manager of Serviceplan Group Middle East and joined the Haus der Kommunikation, located in Dubai Design District.

Dubai, 26 September 2018 – “I’m very excited to be part of an integrated team”, says the new General Manager. "Serviceplan combines the dynamic spirit of an independent agency with the organized structure and professionalism of a big global network. I believe this is the perfect set-up to focus on clear, innovative and truly integrated creative work.”

Natalie, who is originally from Jordan, has more than 13 years of experience in the advertising industry. After earning her Bachelor of Arts, she joined BBDO Dubai in 2005. In 2009, she decided to move to Florence, Italy, where she studied and graduated from Polimoda, the renowned international Institute for Fashion Design and Marketing, before she returned to advertising in 2010.

Back in the region, she joined Y&R, followed by JWT in 2012, Mullen Lowe MENA in 2014, and Nomads where she worked as a Client Servicing Director before she joined Serviceplan in August 2018. Her advertising background has seen her counsel and build global brands like Emirates Airline, PepsiCo, Nestle, Mercedes Benz, Mondelez, Pizza Hut, Bloomingdales, HSBC and many others.

Natalie will use her many years of experience to drive Serviceplan further towards their target in the region: “Increase awareness and exposure”, says the new General Manager. “We’re still a best-kept secret. In Germany, their home country and in Europe, Serviceplan are already on top of marketers’ minds – and continuously among the top 3 most creative agencies”, she adds.
